Services Cancellation & Refunds

  • No Refunds for Services: All services provided by acharyaprakhardixit.com, including consultations, reports, and personalized readings, are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and paid for, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Physical Products Return, Refund, or Exchange

  • Return, Refund, or Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied with a physical product purchased from acharyaprakhardixit.com, you may return, request a refund, or exchange it within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return Process:

    1. Initiate a Request: Contact our customer support team at prakhar@mgrowth.in or call +91 9956116611 within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return, refund, or exchange request. Please provide your order number and reason for the return, refund, or exchange.

    2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

    3. Ship the Product: Ship the product back to us following the provided instructions. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions (unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received). We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, refund, or exchange.

  • Refunds:

    • If your return is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

    • If your return is rejected, we will send the product back to you at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product for the same item or a different one, please mention this in your return request. We will send out the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product.
